                                  GREETINGS IN SWAHILI LANGUAGE

a very another ample time meeting you here again in our thrilling course, firstly i would like to inform you that this is the most worst week of the all month, why? i think this is only thing you'd ask in your mind. It's 7 tanzanian soldiers have been killed simultanously in sudan peace keeping operation, what a loss.
BUT OUR MAIN THEME TODAY IS GREETINGS
  • FORMAL GREETINGS
  • INFORMAL GREETINGS
                1.FORMAL GREETINGS

                              MORNING
  • ZA HASUBUHI?
this means that you want to know more how that person has been since that day turned up.

                                                NOON/AFTERNOON
  • ZA MCHANA?
mchana means 'NOON' and in  nutshell 'YA'  means 'OF' so in combination means 'OF NOON?',this might sound strange when being put into english translation, but don't worry about it cause when you use it in swahili you'll actually sound fluent.
